Brenda Conville is the Director of Property Management for Triad Properties. Since joining the company in 1995, she has managed over 1 million square feet of office, retail and industrial space during that time. Brenda particularly enjoys the construction management aspect of her position. While managing a 150,000 square foot property in downtown Huntsville, she was responsible for the design, bid process and completion of extensive renovations totaling approximately $5 million while the property remained occupied. In addition to her property management duties, she is also a commercial sales and leasing broker.
Prior to her employment with Triad, Brenda was the Manager of Operations for the Huntsville site of BDM International and SENTAR, both defense and aerospace contractors. Her responsibilities included the management and oversight of the Human Resources, Facilities, Security, Finance and Accounting, Publications and Purchasing Departments.
She is a graduate of Athens State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
Professional organizations that Brenda is or has been affiliated with include the Institute of Real Estate Management, North Alabama Commercial Brokers Association, BOMA, International Facilities Management Association, Cummings Research Park Advisory Board, National Classification Management Society, and the Society for Human Resources Management. Her volunteer work has been with the Huntsville/Madison County Chamber of Commerce, CASA, the Huntsville Hospital Foundation Development Council, First Community Health Plan, Huntsville West Kiwanis Club, Panoply of the Arts, and the Volunteer Center of Huntsville and Madison County. Brenda is an active member of Willowbrook Baptist Church, currently serving as the Church Clerk, as well as a preschool visitor greeter and nursery volunteer.
Triad Properties Corporation ("TPC") is an Alabama corporation based in Huntsville, Alabama.
