The Summit at Big Spring Park is a planned seven (7) story, 75,000 sf office building, positioned on the southeast corner of the city's Church Street parking deck.

Providing unique and spectacular views of Big Spring Park, the building has been designed by Fuqua Osborn Architects to create a visually rich impression of understatement, quality and stature. Its composition will be vertical in design, alternating between architural soft tone pre-cast panels and semi-reflective glass, providing continous natural light diffusion into all floors of the building. Essentially rectangular in form and features, each floor offers approximately 10,000 square feet and multiple corner offices. Floor to ceiling windows will enhance the project's views of the landscaping and water features associated with Big Spring Park. Designed to be compatible with the serene and picturesque environment of Big Spring Park, the buildings rich exterior will provide an exciting and proud addition to Huntville's skyline.

The Owner, a Triad-Affiliate, plans to sell a portion of the building on a condominium basis to investors and company owners. Because of the current interest rate environment, the cost of real estate ownership can be less than the cost of leasing office space. In addition, real estate ownership offers capital appreciation and certain tax advantages.

Visual Enhancement - Elegant design provides visual appeal to park visitors by replacing a portion of the concrete parking structure.

Meticulous Site Planning - By replacing a portion of the deck, any future extension into Big Spring Park is minimized. Sidewalk will remain in place. Net square footage of park lost equals less than 680 square feet or less than 1.6% of an acre.
