CORPORATE OVERVIEW Triad Properties is a fully integrated real estate investment and operating company specializing in developing, acquiring, managing and leasing quality office and industrial properties in major metropolitan areas. The Triad strategy is to be a leading acquirer and developer of industrial and office space in certain primary markets, such as Atlanta, Dallas, Orlando, Nashville and Memphis. Since 1994, Triad Properties has acquired or developed more than $365 million in combined real estate transactions including over a million square feet of industrial product, over a million square feet of office product, and land of more than 400 acres. Triad is headquarters in Huntsville, Alabama with regional offices in Atlanta and Dallas. Triad has joint-ventured over 20 projects with the Trammell Crow Company, an international real estate company, has sold properties to pension fund advisors from Boston to San Francisco, and has contributed property in exchange for stock in real estate investment trusts (REITS), such as Highwoods. Triad has also joint-ventured projects with Lincoln Property Company, M.D. Hodges Enterprises and Centex Commercial Development. In addition, Triad has secured institutional investment capital from university endowment funds and mezzanine lenders, such as Chicago-based Heller Financial and Dallas-based AMRESCO. Finally, Triad has joint ventured development projects with institutional partners, such as Gulf States Paper Corporation, Westervelt Realty and CIGNA. The company's extensive track record and broad knowledge
of real estate markets enables Triad to provide the ownership with a distinct

Daniel earned his MBA at The Wharton School and led Trammell Crow Company's Atlanta operation before joining Triad Properties. TPC generally acts as asset manager and/or property manager for affiliated partnerships and joint ventures (which operate as separate legal entities in the states where they conduct business), and TPC in general does not own real estate.
