Since its inception in 1994, Triad has acquired and developed
more than 8.0 million square feet of office, industrial, medical and self-storage
product throughout the Southeast and Southwest. Triad approaches each assignment by being involved in all phases, extending from opportunity identification, initial due diligence, financial analysis, evaluation and documentation to site acquisition, equity procurement, debt financing, development, management, marketing, reporting, negotiations and ultimate sale. Triad Properties' history of successful transactions reflects the senior principal's extensive, in-depth practical knowledge of real estate markets and transaction structures. These principals play an active and hands-on role in providing the services offered by Triad Properties. Two of the firm's principals, Mr. William R. Stroud and Mr. Gerry E. Shannon, are Certified Public Accountants that are members of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. The third principal, Mr. Thomas D. Daniel, a Wharton MBA, has 16 years experience with Trammell Crow Company and 25 years development experience in the Atlanta market. The principals' hands-on approach, coupled with the firm's creativity and opportunistic acquisition and development expertise, has given Triad Properties the ability to analyze, trade, structure, develop and underwrite a variety of real estate transactions. When the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC) developed and implemented a plan to "bail-out" the savings and loan associations, Triad worked diligently to understand the process and to make opportunistic acquistitions that provided innovative investment opportunities that offered exceptional yields. Today, Triad Properties' real estate services are focused on providing owners with exceptional returns and values through institutional and private transactions. As real estate markets continue to experience significant capital constraints, a supply/demand imbalance and a disconnect between the bid/ask price of properties, Triad Properties will play a major role in creating highly innovative, soundly underwritten opportunistic investments in response to the governmental intervention to stabilize markets. These investments will be structured to meet the demands of prudent advisors, astute owners and informed managers.

Triad Properties Corporation ("TPC") is an Alabama corporation based in Huntsville, Alabama. TPC generally acts as asset manager and/or property manager for affiliated partnerships and joint ventures (which operate as separate legal entities in the states where they conduct business), and TPC in general does not own real estate.
