Gerry E. Shannon is a principal of Triad Properties and is responsible for sourcing and structuring the equity, mezzanine debt, and first mortgage capital for Triad's acquisitions and development. He has been responsible for arranging $250 million in capital for transactions involving more than 8.0 million square feet. Prior to forming Triad, Mr. Shannon was a principal of the Huntsville accounting firm of Faulkner, Shannon, Hill, and Fogg, P.C. During his career as a Certified Public Accountant, Mr. Shannon provided management advisory services to local real estate companies and specialized in structuring real estate partnerships and financing. In 1975, Mr. Shannon graduated from Middle Tennessee State University with a BBA in accounting and business administration. He became a Certified Public Accountant in 1979. He serves on the Board of Directors for Southern Bank of
Commerce, Huntsville 100, Founding Advisory Board for The Ledges of Huntsville,
and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants
(AICPA) and the Alabama Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Shannon
resides in Huntsville with his wife and two children. |

Triad Properties Corporation ("TPC") is an Alabama corporation based in Huntsville, Alabama.
