Track Record - With offices in Atlanta, Dallas and Huntsville, Triad Properties has acquired or developed more than 8 million square feet of commercial space in cities such as Atlanta, Dallas, Orlando, Nashville and Huntsville, to name a few. Sectors include high-rise office, mid-rise office, medical office, mixed-use, industrial and self storage.

Partners - Since commencing operations 15 years ago, Triad Properties' joint venture partners have included Trammell Crow Company, Gulf States Paper, Georgia Tech Foundation, Thackeray Partners, Lincoln Property Company, Westervelt Realty, The London Family Companies, F&B Group and individual investors. We have secured more than $250 million in equity financing.

Lenders - Debt financing has been secured from lendors that have included RBC, Regions Bank, Compass Bank, Progress Bank, SouthBank, ServisFirst and Guaranty Federal. We have secured more than $750 million in debt financing.
