in the sale of a number of properties located in Huntsville. For example, the
Company sold Technology Centre, a 70,000 square foot R&D project; the ITT
building, an 81,000 square foot build-to-suit adjacent to Research Park, the L-3
building located in Research Park West, and Crestwood Medical Pavilion, a four
story medical office building located on the hospital campus.
