Thomas D. Daniel is a principal of Triad Properties. Mr. Daniel is responsible for expanding Triad's Atlanta portfolio of office and industrial space. He is currently developing Triad's corporate infrastructure to offer development, management and leasing services. In addition, Mr. Daniel is responsible for Triad's geographic expansion into targeted Florida markets.

Prior to joining Triad, Mr. Daniel was President of TC Atlanta, Inc. and the Managing Director of the Atlanta Division of Trammell Crow Company. During his tenure, the Atlanta division grew from 30 employees to over 200. Under the direction of Mr. Daniel, Trammell Crow's Atlanta division was responsible for: managing and marketing in excess of 15 million square feet of industrial, office and retail space; providing tenant representation, acquisition/disposition, and BTS/development services; and offering improvement construction activities as a general contractor.

Mr. Daniel has been involved in the real estate industry for more than 20 years. Mr. Daniel's relationship with Trammell Crow Company began in 1984 after earning his MBA from The Wharton School - University of Pennsylvania. Prior to that time, he was a Systems Engineer with Litton Industries after graduation from Georgia Tech. Mr. Daniel is actively involved in the Ed Isakson/Alpharetta YMCA as a past Board Chair, a NAIOP Council Member, a former Board Member of the Alexander Tharpe Fund and currently an Advisory Board Member of the School of Industrial and Systems Engineering at Georgia Tech. He resides in Alpharetta with his wife Elaine and their four children.
